An Army Issued Krim Campaign Shield Archive he was evacuated to France he was evacuated to France on August 28th and admitted to hospital at the Mediterranean port of Marseilles on the 29th His body is being brought out to night and I hope to be the officer in charge of the firing party at his funeral
