It has only two downsides as far as I'm concerned, its heavy which makes getting it in and out of the house a bit awkward, this is only a minor niggle as I have no stairs but could be a problem with people living in flats, and the second is that the front light is not very bright, I do a lot of riding at night, on dark roads it's not much use, I've bought a second much brighter light so it's not a problem any longer
